Process Existence Monitoring

The program allows you to monitor the process existence.

The check consists in the periodical search for the specified process on the list of running processes on a remote or local computer. This check can be very helpful in a number of cases:

  • When it is necessary to monitor users' activities on the network, launching certain applications, such as games, media players, etc. during the working hours. In this case, you need to have the names of the processes to be banned and enter those in the monitoring settings.
  • When it is necessary to promptly respond to the termination of an application; for example, the termination of a lengthy process.

As in the case with checking the state of the services, the authentication is available for obtaining the list of active processes.
