Program Hotkeys
The program offers a number of hotkeys to speed up accessing some of its functions:

Hotkeys for activating the program features when the program is minimized to system tray:
WIN+Q Bring up main window from system tray and show the network state
WIN+C Show network connections window
WIN+T Show the local traffic counters
All the keys are used in combination with the WIN key (the one with the Windows logo) and can be configured in the program settings.
The program supports some hotkeys and mouse tricks for better network map drawing and editing in the manual line and area drawing mode.
Line editing and drawing:
1. To enable/disable the line drawing and editing mode:
Press Shift+Insert.
The below tips work when the line drawing mode is enabled.
2. To draw a line:
Move the mouse cursor when the left mouse button (LMB) is pressed.
3. To draw a horizontal or vertical line:
Hold Shift while drawing a line.
4. To draw a multisegment line (a polyline):
Start a new line near with the previous line's endpoint.
5. To add a node on a line:
Hold Ctrl and click LMB on the line.
6. To move a line:
Drag it with a mouse.
7. To move a line's endpoint:
Click LMB near the endpoint and drag it with a mouse.
The below tips work when the line drawing mode is disabled (in the regular mode).
8. To select a segment on a multisegment line (for further deletion, for example):
Hold Alt and press LMB on the necessary segment.
9. To select a line or multisegment line:
Click LMB on it.
10. To edit a line's properties (label, color, width, style):
Make a double-click on the line (with LMB).
11. To shorten a line (and drag a device connected to that line to a necessary place on the line):
The line editing mode should be disabled. Hold Ctrl while making a double-click on the line using LMB. The device will be dragged to the place of your click on the line and the line will be shorten.
12. Hold Ctrl and click on a line (with LMB) to select multiple lines.
Area editing and drawing:
1. To enable/disable the area drawing and editing mode:
Press Ctrl+Insert.
The below tips work when the area drawing mode is enabled.
2. To draw an area:
Move the mouse cursor when the left mouse button (LMB) is pressed.
3. To draw enclosed areas:
Firstly, draw a small enclosed area. Then draw an outside area around the small area.
4. To move an area with devices:
Drag the area using a mouse. All devices containing in the area will be moved with the area.
5. To move an area without devices:
Drag the area using your mouse while holding the Alt button. All devices containing in the area will be moved with the area.
6. To resize an area:
Move the mouse cursor to the area corner, press LMB and move the cursor.
The below tips work when the area drawing mode is disabled (in the regular mode).
7. To edit an area's properties (label, color, border width and style):
Make a double-click on the area (with LMB).
8. Hold Ctrl and click on an area (with LMB) to select multiple areas.
Group operations (in the regular mode):
To select multiple areas and lines with device icons, you need to do the following:
1. All necessary objects should be placed inside the selecting frame.
2. The selection should end on some device icon, but not on an empty place somewhere on the map. See the image below: the green point is the selection's start, the red point is the end.
To remove the selection from some object or add an additional object to the selection, you need to hold the CTRL button and click on the object.
For moving the selected group of objects (with lines and areas), drag any selected host by the label area and drop to the necessary place on the map.
Press CTRL + C for copying the objects to the clipboard.
To paste the copied map fragment from the clipboard, click on an empty map location and press CTRL + V.
