10-Strike Network Diagram: System Requirements
The program is completely functional under the following operating systems: Windows XP/Vista/7/8.1/10/11, Server 2003/2008/2012/2016/2019/2022.
Please note, that NetBios, ICMP, TCP, and SNMP protocols should be enabled in your firewall.
System TCP Port Scanning Limitation: Microsoft introduces a limit (of 10) to restrict number of allowed simultaneous outgoing half-open TCP connections in Windows XP SP2(x86,x64)/SP3, 2003 Server SP1(x86)/SP2(x86,x64), Vista without SP(x86,x64) and with SP1(x86,x64) to prevent virus or malicious program to make unlimited infectious connections to other systems. If your Windows is affected by this limitation, please use longer timeouts on the Scanning Wizard window so no more than 10 hosts will be scanned per 10 seconds. Learn more about this issue...
If you want the program to draw connection lines between devices, you will need manageable switches with SNMP enabled on your network. You will also need to know the switches' community strings.
Under Windows Vista with UAC (User Account Control) enabled, you will need to run the program using the desktop's context menu item "Run as the Administrator" when starting the program for the first time. In the window that appeared, please select "Allow". After doing this, you will be able to start the program as usually.
