Multiple alert emails

A technician restarted the machine on which Network Monitor is installed on. The result: Nearly all checks sent emails.  Because of the fact, that he did it several times the support got a ton of emails.

 Is there any possibility to prevent checks when the own host is starting?

Hi,

You can disable the "Alert during the first check" option. You can find it in the program settings: "Alerts - Raise alerts... - Alert during the first check"

The monitoring service will remember the state of checks on the first monitoring cycle and then will send notifications when the check states change.
