No lines between switches - SNMP is showing agent connected

in 10-Strike LANState (Pro)
Can anyone please help with this we are using LANState Pro but cannot get any lines drawn between switches or on the network. SNMP is turned on and you can see the SNMP information for the switches both when the network scan is running and when you click on the switch and view system information. Our switches are various Procurve ones, eg. ProCurve J8697A Switch 5406zl.

    Other devices and the managed switches should be included into the scanned address range for the successful line drawing. Please also provide a correct SNMP community for connecting to the switches in the Network Scanning Wizard's settings.
